Application procedure

The application process for Erasmus Mundus MANECA step-by-step

Step 1
Read all information on the webpage. Identify which mobility type and target group you belong to on MANECA (read more on Mobility).

Step 2
Browse the web to decide which university and programme/course/activity you want to apply for. Make sure that you fulfil the application and admission conditions before you make your decision (read more on Admission criteria).

Step 3

• For the Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes
  1. International passport
  2. Transcript of records
  3. Letter of recommendation from your superviser at the home university
  4. Language certificate
• For the doctorate programme
  1. International passport
  2. Certificate of your Master’s degree (diploma)
  3. Letter of confirmation from the host university
  4. Language certificate
  5. Letter of recommendation from your superviser at the home university
• For the post-doctorate programme
  1. International passport
  2. Academic degree certificate
  3. Language certificate
  4. Letter of support from the home university
  5. Letter of confirmation from the host university
• For the academic staff programme
  1. International passport
  2. Language certificate
  3. Letter of support from your home university
  4. Letter of confirmation from the host university

As soon as the application closes and the selection process was proceeded and in case you have succeeded, the local or regional coordinator will contact you to set the date for the final interview.
